Job Description

You will oversee the development, planning, and marketing of general medicine products as a product manager at Getz Pharma. In order to create successful product strategies, carry out launch plans, and oversee the entire product lifecycle, the product manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• To find trends and expansion prospects, do competitive analysis and market research.
• Create launch plans, messaging, and product positioning.
• Work together with the clinical, regulatory, and R&D teams to ensure prompt product development and registration.
• Oversee product lifecycle planning, pricing strategies, and projections.
• Develop a solid rapport with patient organizations, influential opinion leaders, and healthcare professionals.
• Provide training materials and marketing initiatives to assist sales and marketing teams.
• Track product performance and optimize strategy with data-driven insights.

Requirements for Product Manager

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, marketing, or a similar discipline.
• Three to five years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
• Strong grasp of consumer demands, the regulatory environment, and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in lifecycle management and product launches.
• Outstanding intellectual, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
