Role Overview for a Junior Project Manager

For large-scale, intricate utility transformation projects in Brisbane, Randstad Digital is looking for a junior project manager. This fast-paced contract position is ideal for a senior ICT project coordinator who has demonstrated program expertise, a solid grasp of finance, and the capacity to operate autonomously under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Keep thorough planning, reports, and documentation for your programs and projects.
• Create gating documentation, such as initiative plans, acceptance certificates, closure reports, and go-live notices, in accordance with the Program & Project Delivery Framework.
• Encourage frameworks, delivery methods, and governance structures.
• Plan the project’s activities and assign resources.
• Record presumptions, dangers, problems, dependencies, and mitigating techniques.
• Monitor, decipher, and preserve project data and control registers.
• Create and maintain resource and financial forecasts at the project level.
• Assist the secretariat and organize stakeholder events, workshops, and meetings.

Requirements

• Background in utilities or a related industry, adept at managing several goals and interacting with stakeholders.
• Using project tools and financial data to assist program implementation, they are meticulous and self-assured.
