You will be crucial to Oxygen Home Health Care’s day-to-day executive operations, schedule management, private information handling, and strategic business activity assistance as an executive assistant. Professionalism, discretion, and good multitasking are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities of Executive Assistant

• Assist CEOs and senior management with high-level administrative tasks.
• Organise travel plans, meetings, appointments, and calendars.
• Create official documents, reports, presentations, and letters.
• Serve as a point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and outside partners.
• Ensure data accuracy and keep private records.
• Organise workplace activities and support workflow management.
• Assist with compliance documentation and healthcare administration.

Required Qualifications

• Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills; shown experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant.
• Outstanding communication abilities both in writing and speaking.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  Capacity to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Experience in corporate or healthcare settings is advantageous
