At Bank Alfalah in Karachi, we are looking for a proactive individual to oversee end-to-end corporate credit initiatives that encompass both conventional and Islamic portfolios. In the corporate credits sector, this position serves as a strategic link between business and IT, guaranteeing the seamless delivery of system improvements, the creation of new products, and effective operations throughout Pakistan and overseas units.

Key Responsibilities of Corporate Credits

• Oversee new system efforts and corporate credit programs, both conventional and Islamic.
• Assist branch teams and CAC/CAD units with systems and operations.
• Oversee T24-related problems, improvements, setups, and implementations.
• Examine business needs and create thorough FSDs.
• Organize development, UAT, QA cycles, and effective production rollouts.
• Work closely with Temenos, business users, ITG teams, and other vendors.

What We’re Looking For

• A business or computer science bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of both Islamic and conventional credit products.
• Three to five years of practical CAC/CAD experience.
• Three to five years of T24 module implementation experience (AA, LD, Limits, Collateral).
• Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
• It is advantageous to have knowledge of SBP/Basel laws and experience with consumer finance on T24.
