Job Overview

An experienced project manager engineer is needed to oversee and direct production operations at CODA Group of Companies in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Project Manager will be in charge of making sure that production operations run smoothly while adhering to budget, schedule, quality, and safety standards. Strong leadership, the capacity for planning, and technical know-how are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production process, from planning to the finished product.
• Create production plans that are in line with project timelines and business goals.
• For an effective production flow, coordinate labor, supplies, equipment, and resources.
• Track daily prject progress and address operational issues.
• Verify adherence to HSE rules and QA/QC standards.
• Streamline production procedures to cut waste and increase productivity.
• Ensure timely material availability by coordinating with the engineering and procurement teams.

Candidate Requirements for Project Manager

• Engineering bachelor’s degree or a similar degree.
• At least five to seven years of relevant construction or production experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Competence with production planning tools and Microsoft Office.
