Domus Flower LLC, located in Umm Ramool, Rashidiya, Dubai, is looking for a seasoned chief accountant to oversee and manage all of the business’s financial activities. The ideal applicant will guarantee precise reporting, adherence to regulations, and efficient supervision of everyday accounting operations throughout the company, particularly in the FMCG or hypermarket industry.

Key Responsibilities of Chief Accountant

• Oversee complete accounting processes and keep precise financial documentation.
• Create financial statements in accordance with UAE regulations and guidelines.
• Manage the general ledger, cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Make sure that labor, tax, and VAT laws in the UAE are followed.
• Organize external audits and assist with forecasting, variance analysis, and budgeting.
• Oversee and guide the accounting staff while promoting process enhancements.
• To assist with corporate planning and management decisions, do financial analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline.
• Five to seven years of related experience, including positions in supervision.
• Experience working for FMCG companies, supermarkets, or hypermarkets is required.
• Advanced Excel abilities and familiarity with ERP systems (FACTS or comparable).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
