SmartSweets is looking for a dedicated customer experience support professional to help us deliver smooth, high-quality interactions for our customers, creators, and community during our busy season. This temporary, part-time contractor role is fully remote within Vancouver, BC, offering 20 flexible hours per week, Monday to Friday. We are on a quest to change confectionery by providing tasty treats with less sugar. As a proudly female-founded company, we are driven by innovation, inclusion, and our mission to take unnecessary sugar out of confectionery.

Key Responsibilities of Customer Experience Support

• Oversee email correspondence with customers.
• React to consumer feedback on all eCommerce platforms.
• Keep an eye on and participate in social media communities.
• Encourage affiliate and influencer coordination.
• Help with typical marketing administrative duties and software cleanup.
• Make sure all customer interactions are uniform and brand-consistent.

Requirements

Dependable, meticulous, well-organized, and possessing excellent written communication abilities. knowledgeable about basic support tools and at ease working on their own.
