Job Description

Overseeing and assisting with all training and licensing initiatives inside the company will be a major responsibility of QATARTEC WLL’s Training Coordinator. In your role as a training coordinator, you will be in charge of organizing the evaluation and selection of possible candidates for training and licensing, making sure that vocational training programs run smoothly, and keeping lines of communication open with both internal and external stakeholders. This position guarantees that all training-related procedures adhere to corporate standards and assists the business department in determining license requirements.

Responsibilities of Training Coordinator

• Organize evaluations for prospective candidates for training and license.
• Manage and oversee programs for vocational training.
• Continue to be in sync with both internal and external teams.
• Inform and elucidate company divisions’ license requirements.
• Assist teams responsible for quality assurance and continuous improvement in upholding ISO, risk management, and ISMS certifications.
• Make sure that all departmental operations adhere to the company’s health and safety policies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, business administration, or human resources.
• Certification in marketing is beneficial.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing two languages.
• Three years or more of learning and development experience.
