Key Responsibilities

• Create and put into action sales strategies to boost local income.
• Manage and support existing distribution partners through regular communication and training.
• Find and acquire new distributor relationships that support Topcon’s expansion objectives.
• To maximize distribution efforts, examine competition activities, market trends, and sales performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to guarantee strong customer support.

Candidate Profile for Sales manager

• Demonstrated distribution sales experience, ideally in the technology or construction industries.
• Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• The capacity to travel regularly throughout the area and work autonomously in a hybrid setting.
