Regional Business Head | Bank of Punjab Full Time Jobs

The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is seeking a dynamic, result-orientated regional business head to lead and expand its regional banking operations in Islamabad, Pakistan. This senior leadership role is ideal for professionals with strong commercial acumen, strategic vision, and proven experience in managing large banking portfolios while driving sustainable business growth.

As a Regional Business Head at Bank of Punjab, you will be responsible for overseeing branch performance, strengthening client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering profitability across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to regional branches to achieve business, revenue, and growth targets.

• Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with Bank of Punjab’s corporate objectives.

• Monitor and improve branch performance across deposits, advances, trade finance, and fee-based products.

• Ensure effective risk management, credit quality, and compliance with SBP regulations and internal policies.

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Strengthen relationships with key corporate, commercial, and government clients in the Islamabad region.

• Collaborate with head office stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives and digital transformation goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field (master’s preferred).

• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive banking experience, including senior leadership or regional management roles.

• Strong knowledge of corporate banking, commercial banking, credit management, and risk assessment.

• Proven track record of achieving business growth and profitability targets.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• In-depth understanding of Pakistan’s banking regulations and market dynamics.
